The International Coach Federation Global Coaching Client Study, conducted last year by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Association Resource Centre Inc., collected input from over 2,100 coaching clients in 64 countries. • The vast majority (82.7 percent) of individuals who have experienced professional coaching are “very satisfied” with their coaching experience.
• An overwhelming number of clients (96.2 percent) report that they would repeat their coaching experience, given the same circumstances.
• Global survey results show the median company return on investment (ROI) was 700 percent, or seven times the initial investment.
